About the Role

HeadSpin is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Leader - Enterprise ABM to add to its talented team of professionals. These individuals will be motivated, hungry and passionate about driving new demand from Top Enterprise Target accounts in the US and UK and other strategic markets for HeadSpin. This role requires at least 5-10 years of marketing experience, including with substantial time with Global B2B SaaS organisations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute demand generation and community building campaigns across various channels (email, website, social, paid media, events).
  • Drive and take ownership for ABM and Top of Funnel lead generation with our Top Enterprise Target accounts - both existing and new.
  • Understand where our ICP (or equivalent)  go to find information and how they network.
  • Provide insights on the development of marketing assets, collateral, client case studies and other campaign materials for our lead generation efforts and events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products and the buyer's journey.
  • Configure and build campaigns and execute A/B tests to increase success rates.
  • Measure, analyze, report and evaluate campaign performance and fine-tune to increase conversion rates.
  • Set targets and goals and plans for demand generation marketing goals to meet business and sales strategy.
  • Integrate and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to drive high performance.
  • Manage and coach a diverse global marketing team.
  • Be a coach as well as player and personally contribute towards the KPIs.
  • Keep the demand generation budget optimised to maximise ROI.
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology & tools and leading practices.

What You Need

  • Currently operating as a demand generation leader for a B2B SaaS company.
  • US marketing with experience of driving pipeline growth markets in Enterprise Target Accounts (additional experience in the UK and APAC most helpful).
  • Knowledge and experience of ABM to ICP in enterprise accounts across the following verticals - Digital natives, Telco, Media & Entertainment, Gaming, Auto, BFSI.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the demand generation process from plan to close.
  • Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels - collaborating with external partners, sales teams and other internal cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer's journey.
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools and analytic platforms.
  • Experience with website and landing page best practices, including SEO, UX, and testing/optimization methodologies to maximize conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with lead reporting, and analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
