About the Role

HeadSpin is seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader to add to its talented team of professionals. This individual will be responsible for building the sales team, implement sales plans, drive new business, and expand existing business. The qualified candidate is passionate about building, driving, motivating, and leading teams of sales representatives to consistently achieve outstanding results.  You will be joining a unique team. What You'll Do

  • Build the Enterprise Sales team
  •  Implement Sales plans
  •  Drive new business and expand existing business

What You Need

  • Passion for building, driving, motivating and leading teams of sales representatives
  • Consistently strive to achieve outstanding results
  • 10+ years sales experience
  • 7+ years’ experience leading technology sales teams, preferably ones that sold software
  • Proven and substantial sales achievement
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • BS/BA
  • SFDC
