We’re proud to share that HeadSpin has successfully completed its annual SOC 2® Type II audit for our Cloud Testing Platform, conducted by Coalfire, a leading independent assessor. In addition, we have attained SOC 3® compliance, with a publicly available summary confirming our adherence to the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality.

The audit validated the effectiveness of our internal controls across all evaluated domains. A few minor exceptions were noted around employee onboarding, role documentation, and annual performance appraisals—largely due to transitional changes following our June 2024 acquisition by Partner One. These exceptions had no impact on customer-related systems or data. Updated processes are already in place to address these areas moving forward.
