enable the session_list_feature permission for the teams that need it (e.g. hsops org modify <org-id> --add_permissions=session_list_feature --recursive to add to all users in all teams in the org)
For each device on the host, you must:
1. grant the tether APK VPN permissions
2. install the HeadSpin certificate
3. setup a lock pin for the device
The APK setup steps are illustrated in the video below. The steps may vary per device, e.g. on some devices you may not need to start a capture session twice.
